Alfa Romeo is an automotive company in Italy, by Cavaliere Ugo Stella, an aristocrat from Milan in partnership with leading car manufacturer Alexandre Darracq formed with the original name as "Darracq Italiana". The founder has reformed into a Darracq factory in Portello ideal, a suburb of Milan, but when World War I broke out, the plant has switched weapons for the military and the work before termination. Since 1987, the company became a member of Fiat SpA. Fiat plans to merge with an Alfa Romeo parts of the company as Maserati established the division to produce luxury and sports cars in the Fiat Group. The company named ALFA, is from Anonima Lombarda Fabbrica stands Automobili.
The first product of ALFA designed by Merosi named 1910 24HP.
