Ford launched the Transit Connect Wagon

Following the success of mini-vans Transit Connect, Ford announced plans to sell the car 7 seat Transit Connect Wagon in North America.
Line Transit Connect Wagon is expected to have all the flexibility of utility pick-up line. Ford also believes this is the first 7-seat family car with the lowest fuel consumption.

"Transit Connect Wagon for young families looking for a comfortable, fun to drive and is a good vehicle," said Mark Fields, Ford president of the Americas said. New car design 7 chairs, cleaner and customers will feel the unique style blend compatibility and adaptability that the Wagon brings.
The standard four-cylinder engine equipped with a capacity of 2.5 liters. There is also a 1.6L EcoBoost engine version with lower fuel consumption. Both engine types use a 6-speed automatic transmission.
With a payload of up to 900 kg, Transit Connect Wagon has good transport than a Toyota Highlander 4-cylinder. Car will be sold in 2013.
